The UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care program is designed to address the complex medical, behavioral and social needs of people afflicted with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. A UCLA Dementia Care Manager teams up with the patient, the family and the partnering physician to achieve personalized goals and fulfill needs, such as home safety, managing behaviors, and caregiver support. We invite you to support us in improving care for people with dementia. Together, we can make a true and lasting difference on Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
The Dementia Care Program provides unrestricted support, allowing the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program to help Alzheimer's patients and their families cope with this devastating disease by providing excellent medical care; comprehensive social and behavioral services, and community outreach programs; and opportunities to participate in research.
Gifts of all sizes are appreciated. Your contribution through a gift or pledge will help to cover the costs associated with the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program.
